How to Reach Us

Email is the most reliable way to contact us. We typically respond within 24 hours during working days. Include your address and a brief description of what you need, and we'll arrange a convenient time for a site visit.

Site visits are free and give us the information needed to provide accurate quotes. We'll look at your space, discuss your requirements, and answer any questions you have about our services or approach.

Service Area

We cover all of Glasgow and surrounding areas within a 15-mile radius, including:

• West End, Southside, East End, and North Glasgow
• Milngavie, Bearsden, and Bishopbriggs
• Newton Mearns, Giffnock, and Clarkston
• Rutherglen, Cambuslang, and Uddingston
• Clydebank, Paisley, and Renfrew

If you're outside this area but still in the greater Glasgow region, contact us anyway. We occasionally take projects further afield depending on scope and scheduling.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. Site visits are usually scheduled within one week, though this can vary during peak season (April through June) when demand is highest.

For urgent issues like storm damage or safety concerns, mention that in your initial message and we'll prioritize accordingly.
